actividades<\/li><li><b>Planifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b>: identificar actividades, alinhadas ao Plano Estrat\u00e9gico da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o 2020 \u20132029 e as prioridades do sector ao n\u00edvel local. Incluir as actividades no PdA, com o seu respectivo or\u00e7amento. Monitorar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do plano.<\/li><li><b>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de evid\u00eancias:<\/b> acompanhar, monitorar, buscando dados relacionados aos temas de sa\u00fade e de g\u00e9nero. Analisar os dados, identificar boas pr\u00e1ticas, identificar lacunas e prioridades para reflex\u00f5es e influenciar os processos futuros de planifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li><b>Transfer\u00eancia de conhecimentos e compet\u00eancias:<\/b> capacitar e actualizar os conhecimentos dos novos membros integrantes da equipa t\u00e9cnica e aos grupos \u2013alvo, atrav\u00e9s de partilha de instrumentos,
