Depois o aluno ou a aluna chamam o\/a outro\/a, resultando numa cadeia de fala, que n\u00e3o \u00e9 interrompida pelo formador\/a, salvo se estiverem a desviar do foco da aula.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u201cEste m\u00e9todo encoraja as meninas mais temidas da sala a falar, contribuir na sala de aula\u201d. Estes grupos seguem a representatividade de equidade de g\u00e9nero da turma dos IFPs. No caso em que a turma tem carteira individual senta uma mulher e ao seu lado um homem.<\/p><p>Resultados \u2013 As comunidades estudantis, sobretudo de sexo feminino, sentem-se envolvidas e respeitadas na sala de aula, dando-lhes melhores oportunidades de participar nas tarefas e discutir os exerc\u00edcios, quaisquer que sejam.
