No parto <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1732\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1732\"><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0Durante o parto, o risco de transmiss\u00e3o do HIV \u00e9 maior, pois o beb\u00ea pode sofrer les\u00f5es na pele e mucosa que permite com que o sangue da m\u00e3e entre em contato com a corrente sangu\u00ednea do beb\u00ea, encaminhado a transmiss\u00e3o fazer o HIV. <\/span><br \/><br \/><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1733\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1733\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">3. Durante a amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1733\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1733\"><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0O leite materno para al\u00e9m de garantir uma boa nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m, cont\u00e9m que protegem uma crian\u00e7a contra as infec\u00e7\u00f5es. Estando a m\u00e3e em tratamento anti-retroviral cumprindo com as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas n\u00e3o oferece nenhum risco de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o do HIV ao seu beb\u00ea.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Para evitar que estas situa\u00e7\u00f5es ocorram, uma m\u00e3e deve fazer uma testagem volunt\u00e1ria nas consultas de pr\u00e9-natal, para saber sobre o seu estado e, assim, evitar que, caso esteja infectada, pode passar para o seu filho. Caso uma m\u00e3e seropositiva n\u00e3o receba tratamento, transmite o v\u00edrus do HIV para seu beb\u00ea e esta transmiss\u00e3o \u00e9 chamada transmiss\u00e3o vertical. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A responsabilidade de prevenir infe\u00e7\u00f5es de HIV cabe \u00e0 mulher e tamb\u00e9m ao homem. Se o pai \u00e9 soropositivo, pode infectar a m\u00e3e. Assim chama-se a PTV hoje a Preven\u00e7\u00e3o da Transmiss\u00e3o dos Pais para o Beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 style=\"text-align: left;\">Os Anti-rs\u00e3o medicamentos que impedem a multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00edrus dentro das c\u00e9lulas da pessoa infectada, reduzindo a quantidade do v\u00edrus no organismo, tornando a pessoa mais resistente as chamadas \u201cdoen\u00e7as oportunistas\u201d. O tratamento inicia com o resultado positivo de HIV.<\/p><ul><li>N\u00e3o devem ser partilhados com outras pessoas, mesmo com a esposa.
